As many of you know, Bugzilla is the open source bug tracker. It was born at Netscape and Mozilla and continues to be a very prosperous Mozilla project. Yesterday, they Bugzilla team released Bugzilla 2.18, their latest stable release of Bugzilla. This version has been about 2 1/2 years in the making and includes some major improvements over the previous stable release.
We at the Mozilla project are lucky enough ;-) to be Bugzilla's largest installation and regular guinnea pig so most of the new features have come into our Bugzilla incrementally but if you're on some other Bugzilla installation, this new featureset is huge and very exciting. You won't know how you ever got by without them.
You can find the release announcement and more information at Bugzilla.org.
Great work guys!!

What do you use to track bugs in bugzilla? another copy of bugzilla?
Posted by: Tom on January 16, 2005 05:50 PMTom: Actually, bugs in bugzilla are tracked in bugzilla.mozilla.org, under the product "Bugzilla".
