Alex Holst on Firefox security: http://a.mongers.org/diary/2004/november#10
Posted by: Martin on November 18, 2004 09:21 AMAbout the same thing happened when Firefox 1.0 was released. I think something like the day after, that finnish software company said there was 10 open IE holes in Windows XP SP2.

Maybe so many holes were fixed just before 1.0 because it was their first non-preview version. Regardless why, you can't say it's bad to fix so many holes. :-P (and there will always be holes, Mozilla.org isn't saying otherwise)
With that said, I have a hard time seeing what he's trying to say. Yeah, the "Run As" thing seems useful so he should file a bug at Bugzilla for it if one isn't already. It doesn't help whining in a diary anyway.
