recall delayed

The California recall election has been delayed. I just saw on the local news that the 9th Circuit Court has delayed the recall because (I think) there are some polling facilities that have yet to upgrade from the punch-card ballots which had been mandated replaced after the last election. If this had happened a couple of months ago, I might have been able to make it into the race :(
