firebird 0.6.1 soars

The bugfix follow-up to Firebird 0.6 is finally available. This fixes the autocomplete crash, a few security bugs and picks up lots of great core Gecko fixes from the Mozilla trunk. Firebird 0.6.1 is currently available for Windows and Linux and we're working on getting Mac builds completed. Enjoy.

To be honest, so far I've found this release to be more of a regression for me, I wasn't affected by the 'Autocomplete crash' and now I find that the search bar and navigation bar no longer pop-up and down as they should (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=17465)
And one of my faviourite sites (www.radiotimes.beeb.com) no longer renders properly with this release (try clicking on Today's TV.)

None the less, Firebird is still a fine browser, and I recognise it is 'work in progress.'

Another step back, it launches with the old start page. Wouldn't new users be better directed to the texturizer help site? Lovely build, it'll be hard to improve on it in my opinion.

In response to Gids, I've tested the Radio Times site in 0.61 and it renders perfectly well for me. Gecko browsers are supported by BBC sites, although they are normally tested with Netscape 7 or Mozilla 1.02.
